Important Details:

• Drive Updates: All drive updates, including convoy positions, will be posted on the Telegram group every Friday by 8:30 pm.
• Meeting Point: Arrive on time, radio your lead upon arrival, and ensure you're in the correct convoy.
• Departure: Convoys will depart promptly as scheduled. No exceptions.
• Required Gear: A radio, flag, spare tires in good condition, and front and rear tow points are mandatory for all drives. From your fifth drive onwards, you will also need soft shackles and a tow rope.
• Responsibility: The club is not liable for any damages to your vehicle, injuries to drivers or passengers, or loss of personal items. Ensure you have off-road insurance to cover any potential vehicle damage or accidents.
• At Your Own Risk: By registering for the drive, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk, and the club assumes no responsibility for any incidents.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Make sure your vehicle is serviced, has sufficient fuel, and is in good condition before the drive.
• Hydration & Sun Protection: Bring plenty of water, stay hydrated, and wear a cap in the sun. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure.
• Drive Report: A summary of the drive will be shared on our website/Telegram group after each event.
• Environmental Responsibility: Never leave waste in the desert, including cigarette butts. Always carry a trash bag and ashtray if needed.
• Follow Instructions: Listen to the Marshals/Leads/Sweeps and follow their guidance at all times. Participants who disregard instructions or take unnecessary risks will be warned once. If repeated, they will be asked to leave and barred from future drives.
• Emergency Procedures: In case of incidents or recovery situations, remain in your vehicle and leave the situation to the marshals/leads/sweeps unless instructed otherwise.
• Health Concerns: If you feel unwell or have any contagious illness, Marshals have the right to refuse participation for the safety of others. If you have medical conditions or motion sickness, inform the team before the drive for special care.
• Quick Exit: If you need to exit early due to a personal emergency, approach the Marshals/Leads/Sweeps for assistance.
• Non-Club Drives: Any drive not posted on www.4x4gulf.com is considered a private event, and the club is not responsible for any incidents, fines, or damages.
