Please note:
· Participation is at the drivers risk.
· Make sure your vehicle is serviced and has sufficient fuel before starting the drive.
· Equipped with front and rear town hook/recovery point/ spare wheel.
· Quality recovery rope and shackles.
· Carry a compatible radio with full charge.
· Mountable flag, at least 6ft long.
· Off-road insurance
· Keep enough water/refreshments for you
· Please follow all covid-19 guidelines set by the government.
· Always adhere the instructions/guidelines given by your lead and sweep.

Indemnification. Passengers or drivers joining the club shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless 4x4 Gulf Club and its members or employees, from and against any and all liabilities, obligations, penalties, claims, judgments, demands, actions, disbursements of any kind and nature, suits, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with vehicle damage or personal injury (including withoutn limitation death) of third parties (collectively, the “Claims”) including without limitation Claims allegedly resulting from the negligent acts or omission.
